World Health Organization (WHO) has advised certain ways to avert obesity and
related disorders.

processed food items that are rich in these ingredients.

usage: reduce the use of saturated and Trans fats to lower the risk of
obesity.

it is most important thing to increase the immunity and lead a healthy life. Try
to use the diet with appropriate amount of fats, protein, carbohydrates,
vitamins, fibers and minerals.

Reduce the
intake of canned beverages: It is really important to stay hydrated in
summer however, you should be very careful about your choices. Try to drink
clean water and fresh juices and avoid caffeine and sugar containing drinks.
